I was happy with customer service. I truly needed to know if you carried a human-grade dog food for a diabetic dog; she's on insulin, so it has to be made specifically for diabetes.
While you can cater, you don't make one. Thank you for your help. I make it at home, but I know other dogs that love Farmers Dog.

Charlie loved the food
I had to cancel because my dog moved to West Palm Beach. The food is very good and Charlie loved it.
I’m almost out of dog food and my farmers dog box has not arrived yet which has never happened??
Confirmed box is arriving this Sunday. I thought my box was running late and I wanted to confirm that it was on its way soon as I was running out of food and it was the customer service rep helped me with exceptional service!

I was speaking with a service representative who is giving me information about smaller packets. I could purchase to transition my dog from my home-cooked meals to the farmers dog.
It was my fault that we got cut off. I am a disabled Senior and also have a brain injury and clicked on a wrong button. I called back again and another representative was able to pull up The previous call and assist me. Ive been wanting to switch since about last November, but my dog only likes beef and will rarely eat chicken although he recently ate some ground chicken mixed in with his food.
So Im really happy. The representatives were so patient with me and recommend recommended the smaller transitional packages I could purchase so that my dog can transition to the farmers dog and make my daily workload less. I am really grateful for the patience your representatives showed. Some companys representatives get a bit frustrated with me because I cannot always retrieve information quickly due to my brain injury.
Im excited to try the farmers dog and hopefully my dog will transition to your food and make my life easier.
Thank you for the excellent customer service. Its much appreciated.

Farmers dog was able to take care of my order and send it to me sooner. I was able to connect with customer service at 9:00 PT, I am very satisfied with their service!
Also of people are concerned about pancreatitis dont get the beef, just stick with the chicken and the turkey recipes.
They are less fat!! My dogs love the food.

Ive been thinking of switching my dog over to the farmers dog. I was speaking with representatives about the best way to change his food over from my homemade food to the farmers dog.
Both representatives I spoke with were very helpful and understanding. I am strongly considering changing over to the farmers dog to make my life easier and I am happy to know that he will continue to have food that is similar to homemade food.
